Cannot hear trainer audio

iPhone (See below for Android)

  • On your iPhone, open the CoPilot app

  • Go to the Today tab, then tap your profile picture in the top left

  • Tap Settings

  • Enable all options under WATCH AND HAPTIC and VOICE INSTRUCTIONS

  • On your Android device, open the CoPilot app

  • Go to the Today tab, then tap the menu button in the top left

  • Tap App Settings

  • Enable voice instructions and adjust the volume

Tip: If you still can’t hear your trainer, try pressing the volume-up button on your device while working out
