Share Health and Fitness Data

You can give the CoPilot app permission to share health and fitness data with the Apple Health app. For example, your CoPilot workouts will appear in the Apple Health app and contribute to your fitness activity. The CoPilot app can also read workout data from other apps like the Apple Workout app, allowing your coach to see activity occurring outside the CoPilot app.

You can grant access to your data, and remove access at any time in the Apple Health app settings. You can also delete CoPilot data stored in Apple Health at any time.

  • On your iPhone, open the Health app

  • Tap your profile picture or initials at the top right

    • If you don’t see your profile picture or initials, tap Summary or Browse at the bottom of the screen, then scroll to the top of the screen

  • Below Privacy tap Apps

  • To change access for CoPilot, tap it, then turn on or off permission to read/write data from the Health app

  • On your iPhone, open the CoPilot app

  • Go to the Today tab, then tap your profile picture in the top left

  • Tap Settings

  • Enable all options under APPLE HEALTH

You can share fitness data tied to your Google account with the CoPilot app. For example, your CoPilot workout logs will appear in the Google Fit app and contribute to your fitness activity. The CoPilot app can also read data from the Google Fit app, allowing your coach to see activity occurring outside the CoPilot app.

You can grant access to your data, and remove access at any time in the Health Connect app settings. You can also delete CoPilot data stored in Health Connect at any time.

Important: Before you get started, download Health Connect from the Play Store

  • On your Android device, open the CoPilot app

  • Go to the Today tab, then tap the menu button in the top left

  • Tap Health Connect

  • Tap Manage permissions to open the Health Connect app
