• On your iPhone, open the CoPilot app

• Go to the Chat tab and select the chat with your coach

• Tap the link next to Reschedule or Cancel from the automated confirmation message for your call

OR

• Open your email app associated with your CoPilot account

• Select the confirmation email you received regarding the scheduled call

• Scroll to find links that will allow you to Reschedule or Cancel the event
