Consistency Mode & Streaks

Our Consistency Mode & Streaks feature helps you strike a balance between flexibility and structure. To view and control settings for Consistency Mode & Streaks, go to Profile > Settings > Consistency & Streaks.

Streaks Overview

  • Streaks measure the number of days you’ve gone without missing a workout day.

  • You can complete a workout day by doing any CoPilot workout (even a workout from Extras).

  • You can earn streak freezes that will keep your streak alive even if you miss a workout day by doing CoPilot workouts.

  • Streaks are visible on the Today and Calendar views so you can easily understand what you need to do to keep growing your streak.

  • You can turn Streak Save Notifications on or off.

Consistency Mode Overview

Consistency Mode & Streaks ON

  • Pushes you to complete your workouts on the days they're prescribed. This is good if you need an extra push to get workouts done.

  • Missed workout days are red and upcoming workout days are gray.

  • Streaks and streak freezes are enabled and visible.

Consistency Mode & Streaks OFF

  • Gives you flexibility to complete your workouts on whichever days you want. This is good if you're already very consistent with workouts on a weekly basis or have an adverse response to streaks.

  • Both missed and upcoming workout days are gray.

  • Streaks and streak freezes are disabled and hidden.

Note: In both modes, you can bump workouts by one day. Your trainer can also edit your streak as needed.

Streak freezes are earned as you complete workouts. Your chance of earning a freeze depends on how many you have and your current streak length. If available, a streak freeze will maintain your streak if you miss a workout.
